Parkside is a well-funded Fintech company that is simplifying global access to US stocks through regulatory innovation and modern technology. We’re providing access to US stocks for individual investors around the world. We are preparing to launch this year and to grow our team significantly. To meet these growing needs, we are on the hunt for an experienced technical recruiter to join our People team.

This person will work closely with our Recruiter and People Director to source, hire, and onboard new employees. As the third addition to the People team, this person will be expected to wear many hats, be a self-starter, and work both collaboratively and independently to meet the People team’s needs. This hire will also have the opportunity to directly influence the future of the company and the direction our team takes.


Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting including
    • Sourcing and developing a diverse and talented pipeline of candidates
    • Communicating with candidates throughout the interview cycle to schedule all next steps
    • Conducting initial phone screens and periodic check-ins with candidates
    • Conducting debriefs with all interviewers and deciding next steps
    • Extending and negotiating offers
  • Help with candidate onboarding and handoff
  • Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions and narrow down criteria for each role Meet regularly with hiring managers to communicate the status of each role
  • Work closely with the People team on recruiting strategy, and how best to execute it
  • Enhance our recruiting process to ensure the best possible candidate experience
  • Be the main point of contact for candidates

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting
  • 3+ years recruiting for technical positions
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with hiring managers
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Strong team player and a self-starter
  • Experience in a growing startup is a plus
  • BA/BS Degree
