Parkside is a well-funded Fintech company that is simplifying global access to US stocks through regulatory innovation and modern technology. We’re providing access to US stocks for individuals around the world - starting with China. We are preparing to launch this year and grow the team significantly. We are looking to expand our People team to meet these growing demands with an experienced Sr. Technical recruiter.

This person will work closely with the Director of People to divide recruiting duties as well as HR and Team tasks. As the second addition to the People team, this person will be expected to wear many hats, be a self-starter, and work both collaboratively and independently to meet People needs. They will also have the opportunity to directly influence the future of the company and the direction the team takes.

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle recruiting including
    • Sourcing and developing a diverse and talented pipeline of candidates
    • Communicating with candidates to schedule all next steps
    • Conducting initial phone screens and periodic check-ins with candidates
    • Conducting debriefs with all interviewers and deciding next steps
    • Extending and negotiating offers
  • Help with candidate onboarding and handoff
  • Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions and narrow down criteria for each role and candidate within budget
  • Meet regularly with hiring managers to communicate the status of each role
  • Work closely with the Director of People on recruiting strategy and how best to execute it
  • Enhance our recruiting process to ensure the best possible candidate experience
  • Be the main point of contact for candidates

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in both technical and non-technical roles
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with hiring managers
  • Excellent project management and organization skills
  • Strong team player and a self-starter
  • Experience in a growing startup a plus
  • BA/BS Degree
