Parkside is a well-funded Fintech company that is simplifying global access to US stocks through regulatory innovation and modern technology. We’re providing access to US stocks for individual investors around the world. We are preparing to launch next year and to grow our team significantly. To meet these growing needs, we are on the hunt for an experienced Technical Sourcer to join our People team.

This person will work closely with our Recruiter and People Director to source candidates, uncover passive talent, and develop a thriving pipeline for open and future roles. This hire will be a critical partner in building the growth and candidate engagement strategies that help us assemble and extend a world-class team. Parkside’s sourcer will enjoy wearing many hats, be a self-starter, and work both collaboratively and independently to meet the People team’s needs. As this role has a clear pathway into full-cycle recruiting, our ideal candidate will be interested in building a career in the recruiting world and will have opportunities as time goes on to grow into a full-cycle recruiter with Parkside.


  • Working closely and cross-functionally with recruiters and hiring managers to assess recruiting needs, and understand job requirements
  • Source candidates and evaluate their experience, qualifications, and general alignment with our open positions
  • Developing and maintaining a diverse and talented pipeline of candidates
  • Strategizing and evaluating a variety of ways to engage talent pipelines and execute on sourcing campaigns
  • Tracking candidates through our ATS (BreezyHR) and leveraging any reporting capabilities to refine our approach to pipeline development
  • Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Finding and engaging passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn, Boolean strings, and other recruiting tools, as well as researching and experimenting with alternative search techniques
  • Screening inbound applicant resumes and determining fit


  • Minimum 2 years of sourcing experience (in-house preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with hiring managers
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong team player and a self-starter
  • Experience in a growing startup is a plus
  • BA/BS Degree
