Parkside is hiring our first Client Success team member. This person will help shape the CS function and eventually build out a team. This will be both an internal and external facing team and will need to be tech-savvy enough to lead conversations with internal and external development teams. The right candidate will have experience acting as a technical project manager cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Build out the Client Success function by being an individual contributor and handling all CS tasks including:
    • Establishing a trusted strategic advisor relationship with each client
    • Working both internally and externally to project manage and drive initiatives with our partners
    • Working with key stakeholders and product teams to define scope, integration requirements, and timelines for each client.
    • Managing client handoff from business development and understanding partner needs and communicating them to the internal team ("feedback loop")
    • Communicating cross-functionally including with product, marketing, technology, and data sciences
    • Owning the overall technical success of the partner relationship
    • Acting as a liaison for the clients and supporting problem management, including answering all support tickets and monitoring support queue
    • Managing all client communication including triaging requests to appropriate teams and seeing issues through to resolution
    • Monitoring, tracking and supporting multiple projects and initiatives
    • Eventually building out a customer success team
    • Land & expand - own increased revenue opportunity per client

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in a Customer Success role
  • 3+ years in a team manager role
  • Experience project managing
  • Startup experience/experience as the first CS team member a big plus
  • Experience working in brokerage, fintech, and/or international markets a big plus
